Good advice

Your hosts, Armelle and Éric, know the region perfectly and they can tell you about restaurants, markets and fairs not to be missed. You will discover the culinary specialties of the region. The flavors of Uzège and the colors of the region will be omnipresent on the market gardeners' stalls and on your plates. You may be lucky enough to discover black truffles, Uzège wines, olive oil and regional cheeses.

Markets, flea markets and fairs

One of the unmissable events is the Uzès market, on the famous Place aux Herbes, which is held every Saturday morning. To avoid the crowds at the Uzès market, we recommend the Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie market, near Monte Arena, which is held on Friday mornings. This is a unique opportunity to visit the 30 artists' studios and the Ceramics Museum. Every Sunday, all day, a flea market is held in Uzès. The region is also marked by numerous events, don't miss: the Truffle Weekend in Uzès, the Chickpea Festival in Montaren-et-Saint-Médiers, the Terroir Day in Uzès and the Wine Fair in 'Uzes.
