All year round, including winter, Monte Arena is rented as a bed and breakfast. Breakfast is included but not other meals. The minimum length of stay is one night, the days and times of arrival and departure are to be defined in each case. Accepted means of payment are cash, transfers and checks (no credit cards).

• Supplement on the price per week and per night during school holidays.
• Extra beds can be added at extra charge (2 prices: under 12s and over 12s)
• In guest rooms, arrival is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure, before 11 a.m. (times subject to availability)
• It is requested to call or send an SMS 30 minutes before arrival (06 08 67 27 95 or 06 71 26 15 88)
• Monte Arena can accommodate 8 adults and 6-7 children, maximum.
• In summer, access to the jacuzzi will be defined according to the weather and circumstances.
• A picnic should be discussed before and never in the rooms.
